There are a decent number of scenarios on UKTS and even a couple here that use the UKTS version's folder structure, of the ones I have so far all work just as they did before. It is great for exposing great freeware to users not active on the route's home sites and providing more options for regular use.Įxisting scenarios from the UKTS version can be used with the new version, all that is different is that the route folder ID is now 00000010-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 so the packages will need to be manually extracted with 7-zip or similar and shifted to the correct location.

I do like this idea of the best freeware routes (trust me, this is by far the best yet, Alternburg-Wildau and Torino-Genova when complete should also go in) becoming RW standard routes and then becoming options for scenarios in DLC packs.

Tom PallenIt seems to me that he is just pointing out that The Port Road has been around for a while, just search for "port road" on this site or on UKTS where many scenarios are available if you can cope with their download queues. For whatever reason, he has made a free-roam scenario for the route (four free-roam scenarios are included with the free-download route) and that is what is available from his download pages. I'm not sure I understand your message, but if you're saying that the route that Otto downloaded is available from Steam, of course it is-that's where he got it.
